Project Overview
Chemie-Tech delivered the brownfield modernisation of the historic Second World War-era underground fuel-storage facility at Has Saptan for ENEMED. The scope centred on upgrading and re-equipping the subsurface storage and fuel-handling infrastructure within a constrained, operationally sensitive environment, bringing the legacy facility up to modern operating and safety standards.
Project Context
Modernising a decades-old underground fuel facility means working within fixed subsurface constraints, legacy conditions and tight access, while keeping the works safe and controlled throughout.
Chemie-Tech Role
Chemie-Tech applied disciplined interface and access controls across the underground works, sequencing engineering, procurement and construction so the legacy facility could be modernised without compromising safety or operational integrity.
Delivery Status
The brownfield EPC modernisation scope is recorded as completed.
