Founder and Chairman of Chemie-Tech, M.K. Saiyed has led the business from its origins in 1997 as a process consulting company to a diversified industrial group spanning EPC delivery, strategic assets, refining, and mining. In addition to setting overall direction, he remains closely involved in operational oversight, financial discipline, and project-controls review across the business.
Associated with Chemie-Tech since its inception, Sameer Bawa leads the company's technical, operational, and marketing functions across the business. With experience across refinery tankage, storage terminals, and energy infrastructure, he oversees engineering governance, delivery coordination, project controls, and market positioning that support the Group's growth and execution performance.
H. P. Maru leads Chemie-Tech's India office and provides senior oversight on technical, operational and organisational matters. A veteran of the oil and gas industry, he advises the India team on business and project matters requiring executive guidance.
Mushtaq Saiyed leads human resources, organisational development, and administrative governance across Chemie-Tech's offices and project environments, supporting the people and structure behind the Group's delivery capability.
Pulek Agarwal oversees financial strategy, treasury, governance, and group-wide financial controls, supporting both Chemie-Tech's EPC operations and its wider industrial asset base across multiple jurisdictions.
S. Balasubramanian leads commercial strategy, contract management, procurement, and supply chain across Chemie-Tech's EPC projects, supporting disciplined sourcing, stronger contract control, and resilient project delivery.

Sachin Pravasi manages project planning, coordination and execution across assigned EPC scopes, maintaining alignment between engineering, procurement, site teams and client requirements.
Isamuddin Pathan oversees refinery and infrastructure project execution, maintaining alignment between engineering, field operations, and client delivery across complex tankage and terminal projects.

Hanif Ali leads procurement planning, sourcing, vendor coordination and supply-chain follow-up across Chemie-Tech projects, aligning purchasing activities with technical requirements and project schedules.
