Project Context
Small-footprint modular refineries still carry full-process complexity. The challenge was fitting process units, utilities, storage and tie-ins into a tighter physical and schedule envelope.

Chemie-Tech treated the facility as one integrated plant package, using coordinated engineering and modular execution logic to reduce site congestion and keep process, utility and storage systems aligned.
