Project Overview

Chemie-Tech delivered the T1 and T2 tank farm package for the Basrah Refinery Upgrading Project, executing EPC scope within a prime EPC structure led by Hyundai Engineering & Construction and JGC. The work required strong package discipline, refinery interface management and alignment with prime-contractor systems and approvals.

Project Context

This package sat inside a refinery-upgrading project shaped by prime-EPC controls, dense interfaces and layered approvals rather than stand-alone site conditions.

Chemie-Tech Role

The works were integrated through disciplined submittals, interface tracking, inspection planning and construction sequencing aligned to the HDEC/JGC package systems and reporting structure.

Delivery Status

Chemie-Tech completed its tank-package scope. The recorded safety performance for that scope was 20 million LTI-free man-hours.

Verified Scope
