The Planning Engineer shall be responsible for all issues and services related to the Primavera Project Management and Primavera Contract Management including but not limited to the following: Using latest version of Primavera Project Management (P6) monitoring and reviewing: baselines updated project schedules cost. Created Dashboards and Project Workspace.Coordinating with the Engineer in the review and integration of the schedule in to clients database and will guide the Contractor in preparation of the schedule to be compatible with the integration requirements. Coordinate the schedule update Reviewing Contractors work program submissions including all narratives and supporting information, and provides analysis and findings. Verifying actual progress and comparing actual performance to original plans. Monitoring, adjusting and updating the cost plan and cash flows accordingly and the consolidating of these results. Estimating time element of change orders and submits his analysis to the Engineer and incorporating within the master schedule after authorization. Evaluating Contractors Extension of Time request and preparing recommendations to the Engineer.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the QA Plan and existing Manual. Follow up QA Procedures implementation. Communicate to respective team the QA System and monitor the implementation. Identify non conformances and take preventive and corrective actions. Lead non-conformance investigation with the relevant departments. Promote to the team initiatives related to Quality, Assist in setting yearly Quality Objectives and Key Performance Indicators. Assists as necessary the Engineering department in the evaluation and correction of specific quality control problems and issues. Performs QA/QC Checks, audits and reviews Manage the continuous Quality training, assessment and human factors of the staff Maintain the Quality file system
In charge of the development and maintenance of health, safety and environmental systems Implement the site hazard identification programs Propose appropriate solutions in accordance with applicable legislation and corporate policies Ensure the implementation of new standards Be the main contact for inspection servicesEnsure the standards are observed Conduct in-depth statistical analysis Investigate unsafe acts and conditions and provide solutions to prevent recurrences. Assists in investigations of EHS incidents, root cause analysis, entry into databases and item closure tracking Train personnel on the standards to be observed Negotiate and manage the health, safety and environment budget Participate in internal awareness campaigns / Execute safety programs for locations and minimize company safety losses. Conduct HSE Internal Training programs Conduct Weekly/Monthly HSE Meetings. Develop a culture to anticipate and prevent health hazardous conditions.
